Global Teen Leaders (GTLs) will be carefully selected and invited each year to participate in the yearlong Three Dot Dash® initiative from nominations by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other qualified organizations that are members of the Three Dot Dash Coalition.

GTLs are chosen for their efforts to promote a more peaceful society by addressing issues related to the basic human needs of food, water, health, shelter, safety, education and the environment and then invited to participate in the yearlong Three Dot Dash initiative.

Three Dot Dash will kick-off each year with a weeklong summit entitled "Just Peace." The Just Peace Summit is designed to provide the tools GTLs need to further their work and amplify their messages globally.

The 2013 Three Dot Dash GTLs represent 13 different countries on five continents.

The 2012 Three Dot Dash GTLs represent 16 different countries on five continents.

The 2011 Three Dot Dash GTLs represented 15 different countries on five continents.

The 2010 Three Dot Dash GTLs represented 13 different countries on four continents.

The 2008 Three Dot Dash GTLs represented 18 different countries on five continents.
