Tanya M. Odom, Ed.M. is a consultant, facilitator, trainer, teacher, speaker and coach, who has conducted hundreds of workshops for adults and youth around the world. In her role as Director of Innovation and Social Media with The FutureWork Institute, Ms. Odom works with schools, universities, and corporations to address diversity issues and create sustainable change. Both she and her work have been featured in various media including the cable television show Newstalk, New York's HOT-97 radio station, Fortune Magazine, the Daily News and the Village Voice. Ms. Odom is also Vice President for Strategic Planning on the Board of Directors of her undergraduate alma mater, Vassar College. In addition, she is the first female President of the Board of Directors of Townsend Harris High School and Queens College.

 

Ms. Odom is co-author of "Evaluation in the Field of Education for Democracy, Human Rights and Tolerance" and the diversity columnist for Diversity Woman magazine.
